Bonus Post: Fourth of July and First day of School!

We had a GREAT Fourth! Our good friends Somer and Po came over and we paraded and BBQ'd with our awesome neighbors. There was good food, good company, fireworks and glowing bracelets and necklaces. There was wine and beer and tired toddlers. Overall a GREAT evening!

The next few are Esella with Auntie Somer...playing with her light up bracelets. They kept her entertained FOREVER!

Esella had SO much fun that she didn't go to bed until after 11pm!! Yes, I had a CRANKY two year old the next day....but it was worth it. She had so much fun!

And then Wednesday, July 6th my baby girl started PRESCHOOL! She is in a preschool prep class two days a week for 3 hours a day. She has gone two days now and seems to enjoy it. When Justin asked her what she did her first day she replied:

"Play cars. Cried- mommy left". 

When I took her this morning for day 2 she said "I no want you to leave me mommy" but she did FINE!! Here are a couple pics from her first day...

I am so excited for E to start bringing home artwork and teaching me new songs and listening to her tell me about the books she is read...I have awesome memories of preschool. Looking back it seemed almost magical...the way my imagine took me places while I was there. Hoping Esella's imagination takes her to places only in our dreams...
